Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 01 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, retailer portals and services (collectively, the "Platform") owned and operated by JSS Global ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), including our fintech brand JSS Money and our assisted-commerce brand PaisaVasul. By registering as a retailer, distributor, agent or customer, or by using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

The Platform is available only to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, are 18 years of age or above, and are legally permitted to operate a business or avail financial services in India. Retailers, distributors and agents (collectively, "Channel Partners") must complete our KYC/on-boarding process and submit valid identity, address and business documents (Aadhaar, PAN, GST, shop establishment / Udyam, cancelled cheque, photograph and such other documents as we may require).

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any registration request, or to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, in the event of non-compliance, suspicious activity or breach of these Terms.

2. Services Offered

The Platform enables Channel Partners to offer assisted financial and digital services to their customers, including but not limited to Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), Micro-ATM, BBPS bill payments, mobile / DTH recharges, PAN card services, insurance, loans (sourcing), travel bookings and digital commerce. All such services are provided in association with our regulated banking, non-banking and technology partners, and are subject to the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NPCI, IRDAI, UIDAI, NSDL, UTIITSL and other applicable regulators.

3. Wallet, Commissions and Settlements

Channel Partners operate through a pre-funded wallet maintained on the Platform. Funds loaded to the wallet are used to execute customer transactions and are non-interest bearing. Commissions payable to Channel Partners for successful transactions are governed by the commission grid published from time to time on the Platform and may be revised at the Company's discretion with prior notice on the portal.

All statutory deductions, including TDS under Section 194H / 194O / 194N and GST as applicable, will be deducted at source. Settlement cycles, payout thresholds and holding periods are as published on the Platform.

4. Retailer Obligations

Channel Partners undertake to (a) authenticate every customer as per KYC / biometric norms before executing a transaction, (b) never share their login credentials, biometric device or wallet PIN with any third party, (c) issue a system-generated receipt to every customer, (d) not charge any amount over and above the fee displayed on the receipt, (e) not use the Platform for any transaction that is fraudulent, money-laundering, terror-financing, gambling or otherwise unlawful, and (f) comply with all applicable laws including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Prohibited Use

The Platform must not be used for split transactions to circumvent regulatory limits, for third-party remittances not authorised by RBI, for any activity that violates UIDAI Aadhaar authentication norms, for reverse-engineering the Platform, or for uploading forged, tampered or mismatched KYC documents. Any breach may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance to the extent permitted by law, and reporting to the appropriate law-enforcement or regulatory authority.

6. Transaction Disputes

For AEPS, DMT and Micro-ATM disputes, the Company will raise a chargeback with the acquiring bank/NPCI as per the applicable dispute-management framework. Resolution timelines are governed by NPCI / RBI circulars (typically T+5 to T+90 working days depending on the product). Customer complaints must be raised through the Channel Partner within 30 days of the transaction date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the JSS Global, JSS Money and PaisaVasul marks, logos, software, APIs, artwork and documentation, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. No part may be copied, modified or distributed without the prior written consent of the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill or data, arising out of the use of the Platform. The Company's aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the total commission earned by the affected Channel Partner in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

The Channel Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and partners against all claims, losses, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any applicable law by the Channel Partner or its staff.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.

11. Amendments

The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
